User Ranks & Post Count - Guild Wars Forums

I've seen a list posted way back about a year ago detailing how many posts are required for each "rank" (Pre-Searing Cadet, Ascalonian Squire, etc...) but have searched with no success.

Would anyone be kind enough to redirect me to it?

P.s. - I've also seen fellow "Elite Guru-ers" with custom ranks; how would I go about changing mine?
